Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping: Additional charges may apply for international shipments.
Delivery Delays: Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call from our team. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after your order has been successfully confirmed. If we are unable to complete the confirmation call within 5 business days, your order will be cancelled.
Advance Payment for High-Value Orders: Orders with a total value of PKR 10,000 or above require a minimum 50% advance payment before dispatch. Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance. Orders meeting this threshold will only be processed and shipped after the required advance payment has been received.
