HOW TO USE:

DURING HAIR WASH:

 1. Wet your hair and apply your chosen shampoo. 

 2. Move your scalp massager around your head in small, circular movements. 

 3. Apply as little or as much pressure as you like.

 4. Continue to massage as you rinse out your product to make sure you’re really cleaning up your scalp.

 5. Condition and complete the rest of your routine as usual.

DURING HAIR OILING:

 1. Make yourself comfortable for maximum relaxation.

 2. Put a towel around your shoulders to catch any oil drips.  

 3. Apply your chosen oil to your scalp.

 4. Gently massage the scalp in circular movements using your scalp massager, making sure you give attention to your whole head.

 5. Wash the oil out with shampoo and finish the rest of your hair care routine. 

INVERTED METHOD:

1. Flip your head upside down or hang it off the end of your bed.

2. Gently massage your head in circular movements.  

3. Cover the entire surface of your head.

4. After a few minutes, get up again. Don’t be upside down for too long as this can cause dizziness!
